Dolphin View Paradise Resort

Overview

The Management and Staff of Zanzibar Dolphin View Paradise Resort are delighted to be able to inform our guests that, after a short period of closure, we have been able to do a soft opening and will officially open from mid June for the high season. Until the official opening of the resort in mid June, we are only able to deliver limited service in the restaurant and in the resort. Basic functions will be working, and we will endeavor to maintain our usual high standard. Please contact us before, if you plan to visit us before our official opening.

“Zanzibar Homey feel” are the lead words to describe the accommodation; a stay in this spacious and comfortable Villa is very special, because you will truly experience the exotic and relaxing atmosphere of the spice island.

Each Villas have a breathtaking sea view. They have been positioned in such way around the bay that none obstructs the view of another.12 villas are located on the South side of the Bay, 12 on the north side and 6 at the peninsula edge. From the sea, the layout is simply stunning.
The overall architecture is in a traditional style, with white walls, terracotta floors and Makuti roofs.

There are 4 Categories of Villas. The difference comes from the location.
Zanzi Villa
Classic villas located on the second or third row – all Villas offer a 180 degree Sea view from the veranda and see view from the ground floor.
Peninsula Villa
The villas are located on the first row close to the Cliff with a direct view from both floors
Zanzi Pool Villa
they are similar to the Zanzi Villa. In addition there is a private swimming pool
Prime Pool Villa
they are similar to the Peninsula Villa. In addition there is a private swimming pool
On the ground floor, you enter into the villa via a traditional Zanzibar Door or via the Terrace. There is a living room with a dining space, Zanzibar Sofas and a flat large screen TV.
On the same level, you have access to 3 en suite bedrooms (each 18-25 square meters + bathroom). On the first floor, the Princess Salme Lounge is the highlight of the accommodation, a large open roofed room with sunbeds on the veranda .

The Villa decoration remain very simple, nothing luxury but cosy and spacious.
All furniture, Sofas, Couches, Chairs, tables, beds & Sun beds have been designed for the Resort with a special attention to carving details. Endemic plants and Classic pictures finalize the Zanzibari touch.

Facilities - The Lemon Spa: Sheltered, the Spa includes its own swimming pool, treatment rooms and enough space to relax.- coming - 1 December - The private beach: Secluded on the south side of the bay, the White sand beach can welcome guests at low and hide tide - The Jetty: Located at the southern tip, you can enjoy Sunrise and Sunset .During the afternoon, you can relax and spot the dolphins which are cruising around. If the tide permits, snorkel is also available. - The infinite pool: The swimming pool with infinity type of borders towards the Ocean has a central entrance and on 2 corners a circular pool to sit in. The zone for swimming is 25 x 8meters. - The central area: The reception, main bar and a restaurant are combined into the pentagram building. As the Villas, the main building offers a prime sea view plus a direct access to the infinite swimming pool. In addition, there is a Business Centre, leisure game –pool Table, ping pong - and a conference room which can host 30 participants and a boutique. - The Barracuda restaurant offers fine dining and views of the Indian Ocean. We serve set menus. - The Reef Bar services the infinite pool and main area, offering a choice of cocktails and refreshments in a casual and relaxed environment.
